emlola writes the following about You Don't Know Me :
Do you know John? No, no you don't. Nobody knows John. Nobody understands John. You don't know what he is doing right now. He could be watching you. he could be right behind you. This book by David Klass explains just that. How could little John have such a depressing mind? Well for one, his Mom's boyfriend that is now living with them is abusive and overcontrolling and drunk about every night. What about school? Doesn't he have friends? YES he has friends but they don't know his past present or future. John is a regular every day teenager at the age of 14. He fancies and has a huge crush on the prettiest most popular girl in school. Well, if no one knows John how could any popular girl notic John? John takes a life decision to asking her to a annual dance. But, the scary thing is, his friend likes the same girl and plans to do the same thing. Friendships blow up in this book. Love turns to hate in this book. YOu realize what us teenagers actuallly go through. READ THIS AWSEOM BOOK WOOOO
