Mae Jemison Making Dreams Come True is about an African American woman. Mae Jemison wanted to be a scientist. Mae was born in Decatur, Alabama. Mae studied a lot, and she became a doctor. Mae knew she had to become an astronaut if she wanted to go to space. Mae worked very, very hard to reach her goal to go to space. I like this book because it’s about space.
