The Secret of the Old Clock is a really good book. This story is full of suspense and cliff hangers. In this story Nancy meets a lot of new people. They were all told by Josiah Crowley that there would be money left for them in his will. The problem is that all the money was left to the richest family in town, who cared for him only for his money. One f the people that she meets remembers that something about a clock with a notebook in it with information on a new will. On her hunt for the clock, Nancy runs into some thieves who lock her up because she knows too much and they steal the clock. She has to catch the thieves and find the clock. Will she find the right clock? Will she find the new will? If she does what will the tophams reaction be? If you want the answers to these questions read the book! I recommend this book to any girl who loves mysteries and suspense.
