Hanna’s Suitcase By: Fumiko Ishioka, George Brady, and Karen Levine Hanna’s Suitcase of course stars with Hanna an 11 year old Jewish girl with an older brother named George. this true story is very thrilling. Their parents are both Jews also they own a store and everyone in the town loves them they are nice people. They have heard about soldiers in other cities breaking in to Jewish homes taking away parents from their homes. Another part of the story is about kids in Japan trying to learn more about Hanna and her suitcase so the lady in charge is trying to more things of Hanna to learn more about her. So, Hanna is in a fix now the Nazis are getting closer to her home town. Will they come in the town? Will they separate their family forever? Read this book to find out.
