Holes
By: Louis Sachar

Holes is a story about Stanley Yelnats and his journey at camp green lake. After being accused of stealing Clyde “Sweet feet” Livingston’s shoes he is sent to camp green lake. This camp is nothing Stanley though it has no lake and nothing is green. The boys dug holes to dig “character,” but Stanley knew that they were digging for something more. A treasure buried by Kissing Kate Barrlow, the out law from the Wild West. From the yellow spotted lizards, buried treasure, and the legend of Kate Barrlow this story is great. I give this book a 10 for its great story I can relate too, and the adventure in the book. I give the cover of the book 9, because it shows a lot of what the story will be about and shows what the mane character looks like. If you like adventure this book is for you!
