zztop writes the following about Sadako and the Thousand Paper Cranes :
I hated this book. Budda ain't real. Come on, it's a statue! Paper cranes wouldn't help a person an ill person get better! Gods? Honestly, that's stupid. People should know better. Sadako gets leukimia by the atomn bomb. She figures it out by doing something she loves, that irratates me most.

You don't know squat about anybody, not even Sadako Sasaki,It gets religous,You can't see the pictures pictures etc. Now that was the weakneses. The strengths : Sadako's nice.

No, I don't recommend this book. It's horrible, I hate it, hopefully you ain't gonna finish it.
