evan writes the following about Sadako and the Thousand Paper Cranes :
This book is about a 12 year old named Sadako chan Sasaski. And at the adge of 2 a Atom Bomb was droped in Hiroshima, Japan. She loved to run and she won the feild Day race at her school. Her dream was to be on the track team in middle school. She had dizzy spells and was taken to the Red Cross Hospital. They told her she has the Atom Bomb desease, Lukimia. Her freind told her that if she makes 1 thousand paper cranes the Gods will give her 1 wish. Then she died with only 7 hundred paper cranes made.

There are more strengths than weaknesses such as this book is very well written. And gives very good visualasation and based on a true storie.

I recomend this book to all readers.
