mark writes the following about Sadako and the Thousand Paper Cranes :
Sadako And The Thousand Paper Cranes is about a girl gets Lukemia
from an atomic bomb that hit her town when she was young.During a relay race at her school Sadako starts feeling dizzy. This happens several times after. At first she decides not to talk about with her parents. But one day when she is practicing her running she starts feeling dizzy and falls. She tries to get up but she can't.Her father rushes her to the hospital as fast as he can.At the hospital the docor tells her parens that she is diagnosed with Lukemia. One day when she is at the hospital her friend visits her and tells her about the legend of "The thousand paper cranes".If you fold a thosand paper cranes than you get a wish and will be well. She finishes over six hundred cranes before she falls into a deep sleep and never wakes up.

This book has so many strengths. There is a lot of figurative language and description in htis book. There are no weaknesses
in this book that I know of.

I request this book to readers who have a disease and struggle to live.I also request this book to people who have good friends that stick to the end.I hope you enjoy Sadako And The The Thousand Paper Cranes
