Mrs. Woods class has just finshed reading Out Of The Dust.The setting in this boook is in oklamah 1934-1935.during the dust bowl. Ilove the setting and charecters.Speaking of charecters here are some of the main ones. Bille Joe,pa,ma,Franklin,Areley Wonderdale,Maddog crattock,Black Measse Boys,and Louise.I think I pretty much coverd them all.Do you rember how I said ma,Franklin,and pa.Well ma and Franklin died in a fire.And Bille Joes pa got cancer.But he didn't die,because doc Rice cut all of it out that he could. There are very few weeknesses in this book but mostley strenths.One of the weeeknesses was the end.I dod not like it or understand it.Here are a few of the strenths.The way author describes the charecters.I mean its just unreal.Its perfect.The part where it gets interestingis where her pa goes out and gets drunk.And where the mother and baby die.Theres many more but I wont tell you. I would like to recomend this book toanybody who likes to read.It will take you a while to finish it but its a good book.If you read it I hope you enjoy it.
