NOMAD812 writes the following about Schooled :
The book schooled is a 208 page novel. This book is about a boy named Capricorn Anderson or Cap for short. The author is Gordon Korman. Capricorn is a young 8th grade boy who is who lives on a farm commune with his grandma until she breaks her hip by falling out of a tree. Cap is very calm about and he drives her off the commune but a local officer pulls him over and thats when trouble begins. Caps grandma Rain has to go through a few months of rehab so Cap goes and lives with a social worker and her daughter until Rain gets better. The new school Cap attends has many popular people and many jerks who want to hurt Cap. When Cap first attends claverage middle school people think he is a weird hippie boy from the outside world. eventually they decide to elect Cap as 8th grade president but the pick the nerdiest kid for the job. I would give this book a 8 out of 10 because it was good but not the best book ever. One thing i Would change is that Cap had more ideas instead of letting other people solve other things for him.
