Capricorn Anderson a 13 year old boy who lives with his Grandma named Rain. A short name we will be calling him in this book is Cap. Cap has never been out of his town Garland and doesnĄŻt know what life is out of his Garland. He gets a chance to learn about the outside world when Rain falls out of a plum tree and breaks her hip and while she is recovering Cap moves in with a social worker named Mrs. Donleavy who also grew up in Garland because Cap got caught driving illegally. Cap goes to a local middle school called Claverage Middle School, but they removed the E and they call it c- average school. Cap gets bullied and harassed because of the ways he looks, he has very long hair and wears sandals and basically looks like a hippy. Every year at C Average some kids nominate the biggest loser as class president and that person this year is Cap. The person that runs that gang and his name is Zach Powers. He didnĄŻt know this was a joke so he took this very seriously by trying to learn everyone names and plan the big Halloween dance. But Cap runs into a couple of problems he was given checks by the principal Mr. Kasigi from there school fund, but rain has taught Cap to Be very generous so he gives most of the checks to charity. One day at school there was a pep rally for the football game because C Average is playing there rivals so Cap got dressed up in the other teams uniform and the football team tackled him and he got knocked out because of it. Then Darryl who tackled him really hard felt bad and tried to beat up Zach Powers who planned the hits and Darryl tried to punch Zach but Cap believed in no violence so he stepped in front of Zach and took the hit and got knocked out again but this time he got a big bloody nose. And here you have it, but just to tell you, I did not tell everything because thatĄŻll give away the book. I hope you readers will enjoy this. On a scale 1-10 I would give this hmm, 8 I guess, because some parts werenĄŻt interesting but if u get more into the book, it gets more and more fun to read, I also donĄŻt give many 10ĄŻs because 10ĄŻs are books that I just cannot stop reading.. If I could change something about this book I would try and have Cap Accomplish more things as class president.
