The Twits
By: Roald Dahl

The Twits is a hilarious book. I would give it 5 stars. This book is about two mean old people who are always playing tricks on each other. They always have bird pie. They have this huge tree in their backyard and every night Mr. or Mrs. Twit would go outside and paint glue and bird food on all of the branches. In the morning they would wake up and see if there are any birds on the tree. They also have three monkeys that they train. One day the monkeys told the birds not to go on the tree and that there was glue on it. So the next morning Mr. and Mrs. Twit went outside and no birds were on the tree. So they blamed it on each other and so that’s where the story starts. Mr. Twit plays a trick on Mrs. Twit and he puts worms in her spaghetti. Then Mrs. Twit plays a trick back on him by putting her glass eye in his glass of water. And so on and so forth. I would rate this book as a 10!
