Renee writes the following about Hatchet [UNABRIDGED] :
The book Hatchet is about a boy called Brian who was going to see his dad when the plane he was in crashed. Brian lived on a bank next to a lake for two months on his own. He only had a hatchet for survival which made him stronger and more determined to survive. Brian is saved by a pilot who heard an emergency beacon from the plane crash.

The book Hatchet is about a story of survival and the will to live. It is an adventurous book which keeps you wanting to read it. I enjoyed reading this book.
