Keara C. writes the following about Hatchet :
When the teacher said she was going to read us a book called Hatchet, i thought: great another boring school book we have to listen to. Amazingly to my surprise, it was actually good. I was at the edge of my seat about to fall. I would not want to be Brian. Almost drowning, starving, and bleeding to death. The two parts that got my attention the mist were when the plain crashed into the river, and Brian couldn't escape because he was caught on a peice of window glass. The second part that got my attention was when the bear appeared out of nowhere. This book was great!
