silentnarchist writes the following about The Outsiders :

I thought that the book was good. Although Warddrick Wessinger did not get the story line strait. The book is about devisions between two social groups. Ponyboy lives with his two brothers, Sodapop and Darry. His parents were killed in a car wrek, that is why he is with his brothers. Ponyboy is changed one night after getting in a fight with his oldest brother darry. He and Johnny end up being jumped by the same socs that beat up Johnny. Johnny ends up killing Bob after he tries to drown ponyboy. I will continue my review, the bell has rang at my school
