The book Hoot is really a fast pased thriller. It really moves you and makes you want to go out and make a difference in protecting the environment. I loved this book, I read throught it in one day. The picture on the cover really makes you interested in the book. A pair of wandering eyes and a beak really makes you curious about what the book will contain. I will reccomend this book to any of my friends and people who just want to read about a kid called Roy who constantly has to decide between his head and his heart.
