S Nisa-7 writes the following about Hoot :
I think HOOT is a very interesting book but it isn't very realistic.In
reality people don't risk their lives to save owls.When Mullet Fingers put snakes on the constuction site it just didn't seem realistic to me.Also when Roy used his own name at the hospital without gettinging in trouble that wouldn't really happen.
I did enjoy the part when officer Delinko's car windows got painted black. I like the fact that the happy ending was a struggle to get to.I
didn't like the fact that everything fell into place because that would never really happen.
