Dina writes the following about Tangerine :
The book Tangerine by Edward Bloor is about a 12 year old boy, Paul Fisher, who has to move from Texas to Tangerine, Florida. When he was very young, his parents told him that he stared into an eclipse which visually handicapped him. He starts out by going to a school called Lake Windsor Middle School. He goes there and he tries out for the soccer team but as soon as he gets started the coach tells him that he can't play for their team because he is handicapped. He ends up switching schools to Tangerine Middle School and gets on to their soccer team. He loves it there and ends up finding out many things about himself and the enviornment that he lives in.

The plot of the story was OK. I thought that it droned on and didn't have anything interesting in it. Some things were very fictional and could never happen while other things were unfictional and could happen in daily life. I thought that the author should have made more parts in the story interesting and make you want to keep reading.
