it was boring. i had to read it for summer reading and i couldnt even finish it. i went on somme web site and looked up what happened. IT WAS HORRIBLE. the only good part was when the monkey outsmartedf him with the coconuts. i usually like to read but not this book. where the red fern grows, by this author was okay, better than this book but still not great
