simone writes the following about The Sign of the Beaver [UNABRIDGED] :

Do you like to be left alone? Well,this book is about a boy who gets left home and his dad is going to look for their family. when I read this book it reminded me of the times i was left alone. It reminded me of the movie HOME ALONE because, the boy is left alone. In the book matt took care of the house while he was alone. In the movie Kevin protected the house from burglars. I recommend this book to people who like to read advanterous,exciting,and suprised books. GOOD LUCK
