Esmeralda Quiroz writes the following about Sing Down the Moon :
Sing down the moon is about a girl named Bright Morning she is Indian. There are 3 cowboys that caught Bright Morning and her brother they took them in the house and would not release them. So their father the Chief became worried and found the cowboys note that was left behind with an arrow stuck to the tree, when the cowboys left the kids alone for a minuet the kids escaped and ran home straight to their village. The kids warned their father The Chief that they were all about to be attacked if the village would not surrender to the cowboys. The Indians prepared for the battle that day, the cowboys became scarred and decided to return for a surprise attack later that night
I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys adventure and action the first few paragraphs of this book captivated my interest and brought a smile to my face.
