Harry Squires writes the following about The Cricket in Times Square :
I rated this book a 9.5 because it has a lot to do with actual life. Even though I am ten years old, I know the value of a dollar. And Chester, being a country cricket adapts very well to the new environment and captivity, if you can call it that. And I think that Chester shows great (how should I put this?) - Spirit. He shows great spirit in this book for staying to help Mario and his family's news stand. I would recommend this book to anyone who loves a good time.
