That is what 12 year old Doon Harrow and Lina Mayfleet are the only people that believe in such a thing. When the lights start to flicker many times a day ,leaving them in darkness for minuets The generator that powers the lights is almost dead .Doon Harrow and Lina Mayfleet seem to be the only people who are worried. While cleaning Lina found a mysterious letter called “instructions for Egress” there life is turned upside down. They have been given life jobs.
