PeanutM&M writes the following about Freak the Mighty :
Set in a small town, this book is about two 13 year old boys, Freak (Kevin) and Mighty (Max). These two boys are outcasts of different kinds. Freak's brain is bigger than his body and Max's body is bigger than his brain. The two of them join forces and become best friends. Their mission is to conquer the world through quirky adventures. Kevin has a secret mission that he shares with Max. The only thing is that Kevin's mission turns out to be more of a secret that Max knows.

I gave this book an 8 because it is a funny, interesting and emotinoal story that keeps you wanting to read more. The chapters are very short and easy to read and the book is great for both boys and girls. At times the story line is predictable and could use more detail, but overall it is a good read.
