writes the following about The Giver :

The Giver is a very interesting book. At first it gets of to a slow start but, after a few chapters you NEVER want to put it down! The book is about a boy named Jonas. In his perfect world where color does not exsist and you apply to "have" a child, he is choosen to be the "reviever of memories" and job in which he has to recieve memories of the past, good and bad...I personally don't like to read but, I have read this book over and over again. This is the best book ever!!!
