I think that the book was funny at some parts and then sad and frightening at some other points in the story. In my oppinion George Seldon did a very good job to keep the readers interested and not getting bored of the book. I read this book because I had read The Cricket in times square and I enjoyed that so I read Tucker's countryside because it was the sequal.
