One reason I liked this book is the plot was very unpredictable because of how life was back then. Luke hide knock, knock hello I am hear to inspect the land in the back of house ok. He did that because the government was chopping the trees down. ‘I will never be allowed outside again. May be never again as long as I live.’
The characters in this book are very interesting, because of what they like to do and the way they act around their younger brother because he is a hidden child. Luke’s brothers are very interesting because they don’t do things regular because of their brother. ‘I don’t think its fair that we’ve got to do Luke’s choirs now.’
The authors writing stile is full of vivid imagery because of all the great words the author used.
