Skraps writes the following about The Outsiders :
This book was okay. It is a story about the hardships between two gangs: The Socs or the rich, and the greaser or the poor. At the start ponyboy the person telling the book in the story goes to a lot in town and falls asleep. When he wakes up he finds out that it is really late so he runs home. When he gets there his brother Darry hits him so he runs away with Johnny Cade. They go to a park where they find out they were being followed by some socs. The Socs get out of there car and beggin the attack. But when they tried to kill Pony Johnny pulls out a knife and kills a soc. They then go to see there friend Dally and he tells them to go to an abandoned church. So they do and they stayed there for a week. Then Dally goes to the church and asks if they want to get something to eat so they do. When they go back to the church it is on fire, and there were some kids inside. so they save them but get hurt. So dally and johnny go to the hospital. Later the socs and the greasers have a big fight which the greasers win. Later johnny dies so Dally kills himself.
