Hope Was Here is a book about a sixteen year old girl. She has moved all over the United States and now finds herself stuck in a small town in Wisconsin. Her life looks bleak, until she walks into the doors of the Welcome Staircase Cafe and her life leads her to a new road.
I totally loved the main character, Hope. I understood her problems with her mother and suggest reading this book. Read this book!
