The Silver Brumby is a great book.Thowra is the silver stallion that was named for the wind, and is as swift as the wind. I have read many books but the silver brumby is my favorite. The illustrations are good but could be alot better. I am writing my own book that continues the story of the seventh book in the series, Son Of The Wirlwind. It is called 'Silver Brumbies Legacy'. As I said before, I have read many series of books, including C.S.Lewises 'The Chronicles of Narnia, Bonnie Bryants 'The Saddle Club' and Jeanne Betancourts 'The Pony Pals', however none of these books have captured my imagination like The Silver Brumby.
