Tessa writes the following about The Face on the Milk Carton :
It is about this girl named Janie Johnson that was at lunch one day and picked up her friend's milk carton. She soon found that on the back was her because the little girl was wearing the same dress that she once had. She takes home the milk carton and asks her mom for her birth certificate. But her mom said no. One day Janie went into her mom's office and was looking around and soon she went into the attic to try and find the birth certificate and she found a trunk instead. Janie opened the trunk and found all this stuff that had Hannah written all over it. It turned out Hannah was her mom and dad's daughter that went to a cult and was gone for several years, got married, and returned with Janie. They had to change their old last name to Johnson because they thought the cult might be able to find Hannah. So Janie to her neighbor Reeve and went to the address that she remembered was her old house and was going to say that shw was their daughter because she thought she was kidnapped from the New Jersey mall. So they called Reeve's sister Lizzie to try and figure this out.
