Pierre Verna writes the following about Tuck Everlasting :
This book is about a family who accidentally drank from a spring because they were thirsty, but something happened that they never die or grow old. one day they kidknapped this girl named Winnie she had found out about the spring. So the Tucks had to convince her not to tell anyone the secret. Winnie understood. One day while the Tucks were about to bring her back a man in a yellow suit took her and told the Tucks everything that he was going to do but Mae Tuck had him trapped and hit him with a shotgun. after that a constable saw her do it so if the man died she would be hanged. luckily to the Fosters he died and they got their daughter back and their land. but unluckily Mae was in jail ready to get hanged. Miles a Tuck had an Idea he was a carpenter and he had a way to get his mom out. Winnie Foster offers to help at midnight. they safely get away and never came again. the next day Winnie got caught. The TUcks came back later and seen that all the old things are gone and saw that Winnie died. I rated this 8 because this book is kind of sad. I started to like it during the end but at the end was the sadest part. I sugest that make an ending where the Tucks find a stream while they're walking away and die and go to heaven with Winnie.
