in this book melinda is such an inspiration.. from the first time i read the story it brought tears to my eyes and still as i read it.. i cant seem to put the book down and i still cry.. even though i am older than melinda i still look up to her as a role model. she was so brave!! at everything she did and no matter what anyone would say or do to her she just swallowed it and never gave up! and that is why i look up to her!!
