Ela Spulber writes the following about The Complete Chronicles of Narnia :
I bet you've dreamed about another world. I know I have. What if there was something that made you feel like there was or there really is? THE MAGICIAN'S NEPHEW by C.S.Lewis. It's everything you'd dream about. This book takes place in London, were a boy named Digory, moves in with his aunt and uncle. He doesn't talk to uncle Andrew much, until the next-door neighbor, Polly, and him, accidently enter the forebidden room. (HIS room) Uncle Andrew tricks Polly into touching a ring, and "POOF" she's gone. Digory, of course, had to go after her, and a whole new story begins after that. Digory and Polly get into a lot of trouble when they find each other. They discover many different worlds too. But when they find Narnia, everything changes. This book is the begining of six different ones. They all relate to the Bible is a very interesting way. I have read two more of them, and they have they same characters, theme, and settings. If I were to rate this book, I would give it an eight, because it really makes you feel like you're Digory, or Polly. I would improve this book by adding more worlds to explore. (You have to read the book to know what I mean.) If you like books with colored pictures, you'll like C.S. Lewis. It has colored borders, and the pictures give you an idea of what Digory and Polly look like.
