she is going through a hard time at school, but all of her friends don't understand that she has a reason for calling the police. going through your freshman year, with no friends and no one to talk to, is very hard. the moment i picked up this book i didn't want to put it down. this is my freshman year in high school and i understand that people can be really mean. i HIGHLY recomend this book.
