I love Jacqueline Wilsons books but this one has to be my favourite. There are mixed emotions in it because its about two best friends called Carryn and Vicky they were having a fight and vicky runs into the road and gets knocked over and dies.When i read that bit i got a picture in my head of what it would be like knowing that my best friend is just lying there dying.It made me cry inside. Carryn goes to the hospital and as shes walking home vicky appears but as a ghost. This is the mixed emotions part because Carryn is thrilled to see vicky but she is the only one who can see her and they can't go over to each others houses or have fun ever again.Carryn is happy and sad at the same time she knows that because vickys gone she will have to make new friends but vicky doesn't want her to. vicky knows that even thought she is a ghost deep down inside they are still the best of friends.i could read this book everytime and i would cry, laugh and feel sad all at the same time.I would recommend this book to anyone. Its great, I LOVED IT!
