I loved this book because it was very funny and intresting the boy Rash(real name John Coogan) was a very popular boy. When he was about 4 a geeky kid from north dakota moved across from him. Penn webb was his name and Crash didn't like him. He tormented the kid and played a lot of pranks. I recommend this book to the grades of 5-9 because it was realllllllllllllllly! great.
