Abi writes the following about Stargirl :

The basic story line tells you about a teenager, around the age of 17, who calls herself Stargirl. she is very peculier, wears bright clothes and no-one thinks much of her-except Leo. Leo doesn't quite know his strange feelings for her...is it love? or possibly hate...jelousy maybe. there is a good, simple, moral to this story that will guide my life: BE YOURSELF.
