mary13 writes the following about Missing (Fearless, #14) :
It is my opinion that Fearless is a wonderful book. In this book the main Character ,Gaia, ends up going to Paris with her dad. Gaia, and her Father make up for lost years. Sam is indicted to the murder of Mike suarez. Ed gets a laser surgery that will possibly let him walk again, but Heather wants him to tell everyone that he's not makeing any progress so that he can get the insurance money. Heather is broke and could really use the money to pay for her sister's hospital bills that her parents keep yelling at each other about. Gaia writes a love leter to Sam. One very big thing in this story would also be that Loki gets locked up. One element of my story would be point of view. The Fearless books are written kind of like a soap opera. The point of view switches around very time the story switches from one person to the next. This elemnt is effective , and it keeps you reading, because when you are in an exciteing part about Gaia, then it might switch over to Ed or Sam. It makes you want to keep reading, because you want to get to the part about Gaia to find out what happens next. It never gets boring. I really like the characters in this novel. They change a lot. Especially in this book of the series. Gaia does about a 180 turn around. She is happy all the time. I think that the writer is definatly effective when it comes to Characters. The plot is the best part, you really never know what is going to happen next. It's really neat. I think that it is effective. I really like this book, and i would recommend this ook to everyone, but read the 1st ones first!!!
