brianna writes the following about Ella Enchanted :
The book Ella enchanted is about a girl named Ella. When she was a baby she was given the gift of obedience. To her it is not really a gift. It is a curse. If someone tells her something to do she had to do it. If she does not respond she has this feeling of guilt and misery. She has to find a way to break the curse. Not only break the curse. But get her freedom back also.

What I liked about this book was how she was determined to regain her freedom. I also liked how she actually got to have her freedom in the end. I am happy that she did not have to spend the rest of her life in command. What I did not like about this book was how people were so mean and bossy to her. If they knew about the curse they had higher power. I also did not like how she was sent to finishing school. When she was sent to finishing school she was taken away from her best friend Mandy.
