Hayden writes the following about Odysseus and the serpents maze :
The book I read was ?Odysseus and the Serpent?s Maze.? I liked the book a lot. When Odysseus and Mentor are leaving to home they get tossed over-board. After a while some pirates take them hostage. On board they find to girls held hostage as well named Penelope and Helen. So Odysseus, Mentor, Penelope, and Helen have to use their wits to save themselves. I liked and disliked some parts in the book. Some of the things that I disliked were that I thought that the book was going to be more mythical with like dragons and witches. Another thing I didn?t like was that how a mechanical dog could actually run and bark like a real living breathing creature, I thought it would run like a robot. But I liked some parts of the book like how Odysseus was brave and courageous. One other thing I liked was that there were some weird monsters in here.
