Pear writes the following about The True Confessions of Charlotte Doyle :
I love this book! It's about a 13-year-old proper lady named Charlotte that sailed on the Seahawk to visit her family. Well, a least she was a proper lady until she decides to be a crew member herself after terrible things happened. After Charlotte became a crew member, the captian began teasing her. To find out more, read the book! I highly reccommed this book for girls and, The True Confessions of Charlotte Doyle tells you that girls can be as tough as boys!
