Falcon writes the following about Room One :
Room One is based on a boy named Ted.Ted lives in Plattsford, Nebraska in a small house. His school only has nine rooms. hes the only seventh grader in his class. One day he goes in his farmhouse and finds people living there. He finds out that they have no money and no house, so he trys to help them out.

This book takes place a little in the past. The setting takes place at his house, his farmhouse, and his school.Ted is a loving, helpful kid who goes out of his way to help that family by giving them food and a place to stay.

One day I hope someone can do what Ted did, even I wish I could. The best quotes are.
1:"Do you need help?"
2:"No,Thanks."
1:"Well im helping you anyways."
The theme of this book is that it doesnt atter who you are you can still make a differance.Lot's of people probably want to do that, helping others, giving.

This book is based on a true story about a fallen marine. This book is kind of sad and gave me goose bumps. If I were to be someone in this book it would be Ted, because he puts others infront before himself. This book was made in 2008-2009 by Andrew Clements. Its a mystery book and its 163 pages.
