nicolette alessi and isabella Hampton writes the following about Westing Game :
This book was about 16 people specially chosen to live in an apartment building. Sam Westing was mysteriously murdered. In his will he made the 16 people play the Westing game, a game where they get clues and have to figure out who killed Mr. Westing. The goal of the game is to win. The winner gets the $200,000,000 inheritance. One person was a bookie, one was a burglar, one was a bomber, and one was a mistake. There was also a dressmaker, a secretary, an inventor, a doctor, and a judge. Mothers, Fathers, and Kids. Who killed Mr. Westing? You’ll have to read to find out!
We liked the book. It was a great mystery novel. It kept you at the edge of your seat. Compared to other mysteries we read this one was better .We gave the book an 8.5 because it was a good mystery novel with a good story line but it went along slow and was rushed at the end.
If we could change it we would make the story go a little faster and slow it down at the end to add more suspense. Overall we thought The Westing Game was a great mystery and we would recommend it to others.
