Lschmucker writes the following about Loser :

Loser was a great book. It’s about this kid that does not have any friends, and loves school. Partway through the book he gets a baby sister, and finds some new friends. And then he becomes ill and has to have surgery. He tries to make his own test to complete out of school and tries to complete it. I think this would be a great book for kids in grade 3rd-6th. I liked this book because it has interesting and wanting to know what comes next, also because of the ending.
