Emma writes the following about Ginger the stray kitten. :

The book is about a girl called Rosie who loves viseting the stray cats that live on the farm near her gran's house. Her favourite is a tiny kitten who she calls Ginger because of the gorgeous colour of his fur. At first Ginger is very shy, then slowly he learns to trust Rosie. But when the farm is sold to developers and the builders start work, the little kitten is terrified - the other cats have disappeared and he's all alone. I love this book because it has adventure and animals which I think are two very good qualitys for a book to have. Also the pictures are adoreble and look like someone has drawn them straight on the paper.
