Elliott Corder writes the following about Drift X :

At the beging of the story Chris was in the hospital with a broken leg because he was in a illegal drifting accident. Chis was soon to find out that his sister was basicly working for a pimp and addicted to crystal meth. All his freinds from school talk about how this big casino is going to open a drift track, Chris happens to work at this casino where he personaly knows the boss. When his name is called over the loud speaker to come up to his office he had no idea what to expect but he gave Chis 5,000 dollars to race for him on that Saturady. Chris gladly took the 5 grand and spent it on a modifiyed car. Chris ends up winning the race and 10,000 dollars to go with it.
