This is a biography, told in the author's point of view, of the six month "Be Here Now" world tour by the music group Oasis, from September 1997 until April 1998.
I gave this book a rating of eight because it flowed nicely and gave a mostly accurate account of the band's tour from the point-of-view of someone who was actually there.
Although it flowed nicely, I think Hewitt's original biography on Oasis, called "Getting High: The Adventures of Oasis" was more informative of the band's personal past history. The only problem I found with the first bio was that it jumped from past history (ie. the 1960s & 70s) to present history (ie 1996) chapter to chapter which made it more confusing than "Forever the People."
I would suggest this book for anyone who would like to know what touring with a British rock/pop group is REALLY like.
(One warning, it does have a few bad words in it, I'm sorry to say.)
