Adil Lathif writes the following about Bridge to Terabithia :
‘Bridge to Tertabithia’by Katherine Paterson is a book about two friends, called Jessie and Leslie. They use their imagination to create a magical and mythical world. They will be King and Queen of this land called ‘Terabithia’. The story contains grief, courage, imagination and more.
The book consists of 6 main themes they are: grief, friendship, imagination, relationships, courage/strength and adventure and creativity.
Grief arises when a friend dies, the other can’t cope and runs away and tries to isolate itself in disbelief of the death.
