Kenny B. writes the following about Watership Down :
Theme: Adventure Main Characters: Hazel - one of the rabbits in a group who is the bravest and is wise. He becomes the chief of the warren. Fiver - Hazels' companion; has the ability to see the future. In this story, Fiver has a vision that the warren will be destroyed. So, the group of rabbits leave their warren in search for another one. During their search for a new warren, the group of rabbits encounters many life-threatening difficulties. They overcome the difficulties by killing most of their enemies. Eventually they establish a new warren. Compared to other adventure books, it was the best because there was a lot of action, which is why I gave it 9 stars. However, reading the book was tedious because there were big words, some of which were made up and nonsense. Additionally, there was lot of information to understand. I would recommend this book to other boys my age. I don't think many girls would like it because it was violent and sad.
